Quick Home Energy Check-ups (QHECs) are funded by your utility through a line item in your utility bill that all MD residents have been paying since 2009. Technically, you’ve already paid for one! That’s why we encourage all homeowners to take advantage of the program, which we provide at no additional cost. The QHEC program is exclusive to Maryland residents.
