Check thermostat settings and wiring, confirm scheduling as applicable, and check history for issues or alerts
Inspect indoor unit electrical connections, wiring, and circuit boards
Inspect blower wheel, and motor / bearings
Inspect, clean and treat condensate drain lines, safeties and pumps, and test operation.
Inspect evaporator coil and all duct connections
Inspect/replace air filter, humidifier pad, UV lamps (customer supplied or please be sure to notify us in advance of sizes/models and we will provide pricing)
Check all electrical connections and wiring for outdoor unit, including tests of capacitor and contactor as applicable
Inspect and clean condenser coil and outdoor unit
Benchmark system performance using MeasureQuick to verify airflow, capacity, and refrigerant pressures / performance
Capture and measure motor/compressor electrical performance

After our assessment and maintenance improvements, we will report findings of any issues or areas for improvement, and if requested, provide estimates for next steps as applicable.
